Come along to find out more about the Give Them Time campaign which wants a more transparent, consistent and child-centred approach to deferrals across the country. You will have the opportunity to hear from Early Years experts and also to share your experiences and stories. Speakers include Sue Palmer of Upstart Scotland discussing why many children are not ready for school at the age of 4, and Alison Hawkins, manager of Wester Coates nursery, who will give an early years perspective on deferral.
