A new educational resource was recently launched by the Scottish Government and Road Safety Scotland. Ziggy’s Sports Day is a book which addresses the importance of parental behaviour in the car, and the impact it can have on children. The book will be distributed to all P1 classrooms throughout Scotland and pupils will be encouraged to take the book home to read with their parents or carers.
The book is part of an ongoing campaign addressing the importance of parental behaviour in the car and the impact this has on children.
