It has everything from maths questions to getting outdoors and going on a mini-beast scavenger hunt! This can be an activity for the whole family but also allowing your children to practice their maths skills in a fun environment. The Deputy First Minister’s Maths Challenges are part of the Making Maths Count Initiative, which aims to make Scotland more of a maths-positive nation. It also helps to stimulate the Scottish Government’s commitment to promoting parental engagement in learning.
