Read the NPFS response to the Scottish Government’s call for evidence on the proposed complaints process for the Child’s Plan and Named Person provisions in the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.

In the response, we argue that parents, children and young people should be able to raise complaints about they services they receive in a way that is accessible, clear and straightforward. However, we raise concerns about how parents, children and young people will find out about their right to complain, and what support will be available to help them in making a complaint.
