NPFS recently submitted evidence to the Scottish Parliament’s Education and Culture Committee on the Education (Scotland) Bill. Provisions include duties to reduce inequality of educational outcome; a process for parents’ requests for Gaelic medium primary education; and extending rights under the ASL Act to children aged 12 and over with capacity.
