A delegation from the National Parent Forum met with Dr Allan, mind Minister for Learning on 8 February at the Scottish Parliament.
The purpose of the meeting was to share and raise parents experiences and concerns on CfE. The Minister assured the NPFS that he took parents concerns very seriously and he would raise all of the issues with appropriate agencies and partners. He has offered a follow up meeting with NPFS shortly to discuss progress.
National Parent Forum reps are also in regular discussions with Directors in their own Authorities to ensure that parents views are considered and heard as CfE implementation progresses. NPFS have also met regularly with SQA, Education Scotland and other key parties to discuss concerns.
